Returns policy and right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on everything you buy from Kluvón. The period runs from the day you receive your order. If you receive the items in several shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Sealed perfumes

Perfume is sealed for hygiene reasons. If you break the seal, the right of withdrawal lapses. This follows from the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven), section 18(2)(5). You are welcome to open the package and look at the bottle, but if the seal on the product itself has been broken, the item cannot be returned.

How to withdraw

Write to online@rungecph.com before the 14 days have passed. Give your order number and the items concerned. You do not need to give a reason. You can use the statutory standard withdrawal form, but it is not required.

Returning the item

Send the item back no later than 14 days after you have told us that you are withdrawing. The address is:

You pay the return shipping yourself. Do not send the parcel with a service that does not deliver to the address, and keep the receipt until the money is back in your account. You are responsible for the item until we have received it.

Condition of the item

You are liable for any reduction in the item's value if it has been used or handled more than is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Getting your money back

We will refund you no later than 14 days after we have received your notice that you are withdrawing. However, we may wait until we have received the item back, or until you have provided proof that it has been sent. The money goes back to the payment method you used for the purchase.

We also refund the standard shipping you paid to have the order sent. If you chose express delivery, we only refund what standard delivery would have cost.

Exchanges

We do not exchange items directly. Withdraw from the purchase and place a new order for what you would rather have.

Is the item faulty or wrong?

Then it is not a withdrawal but a claim for defects, and different rules apply. You have a 2-year right to claim for defects. Write to online@rungecph.com with your order number and photos. If the claim is justified, we pay the shipping. See our terms and conditions for the details.
